Kinetic Potential offers a variety of group training classes in an intimate setting with class sizes limited to eight! Group training can add an element of competitive spirit in some of our advanced classes or in others the element of comroderie and motivation to those who struggle to train on their own!

With high quality instruction, instructors can keep an eye on form and technique while helping you push your comfort threshold to reach that next level in your workout! Whether it's the Pilates Method that interests you, a Strength and Balance class or a good old-fashioned boot camp check out our schedule for the latest classes!

Our Policies

Group Training

- Registration is for the whole session (one month).
- Classes are limited to 8 people.
- No refunds for any reason.
- You have the ability to make-up classes within the current session.
- No carrying over missed classes to next session.
- A group activity waiver and medical history form must be completed prior to the first class.
